|
|
Sorry if this has already been covered (I did a search).
But can anyone recommend a good mount that can lock into both a landscape or portrait position depending on which one you want at any time? For example, I would like to lock the mount into landscape poition wiht TomTom5, but switch to portrait mode at other times. If it to lock into position, that would avoid possible slip movement.
Thanks in advance. |

This is where I got my mounting equipment from... they produce kits for most iPAQ and XDA models (I use XDAII):

Thanks, the mounts look good. I have an ipaq 5550, so I think this is the one I would need

The description talks about a swivel capability, but just to absolutely clarify, does the mount enable the ipaq to be turned 90 degrees from partrait to landscape mode? Also, is there a UK outlet as I need to get one by Wednesday?
Thanks again |

I can recommend the arkon powered mounts available from morpeth mobiles
on ebay or direct from their website
It doesnt actually lock into landscape mode but you can tighten a screw on the goose neck so it wont move |
