If your built in satnav will accept .gpx files then your favourites can be found in current.gpx on your nuvi. If your built in satnav wont accept .gpx files then let us know what it will accept? _________________ Where there's a will ... there's a way. |

The manual suggests POIs can be added in standard .CSV format. |

POIs and favourites are different though, at least in Garmin speak. If it'll take .csv files then you could load your favourites into BaseCamp and export them as .csv files. _________________ Where there's a will ... there's a way. |

Is this a physical manual or an online one we can look at? |

See here, Page 52: http://www.suzuki-slda.com/Lists/User%20Manuals/User%20manual%20SLDA%20Europe_EN.pdf
8.12.1 Data format
The file containing your own points of interest must comply with the WGS84 standard.
The required file format is “.csv”.
Each line of the file may describe one point of interest containing the following pieces of information:
ffLongitude
ffLatitude
ffName
ffAddress (optional)
ffTelephone number (optional)
A line of the file may look like this:
77.61,12.92,Park,Bangalore City,00917829 |

That doesn't look right..
It should be something like :
-2.71,51.81,Monmouth
But that depends on the Lon/Lat required. Some require a NSEW notation as well.
From what I can find it needs to follow the WGS84 standard _________________ DashCam:

Assuming "myPOI-Warnings_csv" is the filename then it needs to be .csv at the end and not _csv. If there is no '.' shown then you will need to 'unhide' file extensions and make sure it is a .csv file.
'CSV' stands for Comma Separated Values - i.e. in the main file each field is marked by a comma. The contents of the file above does not have any commas. It should be:
Code: | 2.3627,51.38143,Bath Monmouth At local |
which would have the name as 'Bath Monmouth At local'
or
Code: | 2.3627,51.38143,Bath Monmouth,At local |
which would have the name as 'Bath Monmouth' and the address/details as 'At local'
Hope this helps |

Even if you got the upload to work, many systems are not capable of producing the advance warning that cameras require.
If you can bluetooth your phone to the head unit consider using CamerAlert or SpeedTrap Alert, both of which produce PGPSW directional alerts. _________________ DashCam:

If you email me the file I can take a look and see if there's anything obvious: MaFt AT pocketgpsworld DOT com |
