Are you using a Custom Menu?
If yes then you need to rename the SdkRegistry, or remove it.
If not, then have you tried a Reset? _________________ Richard

Does your model have the preference option to show more menus / fewer menus? If so, do you have it set for fewer? |

SDKregistry is a folder that can contain external/3rd party applications, not provided by TomTom. If you've ever used SunTime, Quickam, or any of the other additional programs, then you may have an SDKregistry lying around! |

As Daggers has explained, we need you to dock you GO and look at the file list on the device. if you see a folder called SDKregistry then we know that you have installed software at some point that has modified the menu structure.
If you have it's a simple fix, let us know what you discover? _________________ Darren Griffin |

Simply resolved. POICapture is no lonfer supported anyway as TomTom withdrew SDK support.
You should uninstall POICapture by deleting the SDKRegistry and POICapture folders then reboot.
That should cure things _________________ Darren Griffin |

Doh!!!
I've just spent 10 minutes wondering what "lifering" could be a typo for! (or even worse, what a lifer did on a TomTom).
Time for a lie-down! |

Don't be too hard on yourself, my first reply suggested that Where Am I was in the HelpMenu and asked what a 'lifering' icon was.
Only after I posted it did I realise it was the Icon for HelpMe i.e. a 'Life Ring'!!
Thankfully a swift edit saved the day _________________ Darren Griffin |
