What happens when you insert the PPC into the cradle - does the ActiveSync Window pop up? _________________ Lutz

Re-start your main PC, then turn ON your PDA, then place it in it's cradle, now click on My Computer (main PC), then click on Mobile Device, you should be able to explore it that way, if you can, copy any small file of your main pc (any size between 1kb to 20kb) then paste it to any folder on your PDA, then delete it on your PDA, then close the explore window and then remove your PDA from it's cradle, then put it back into the cradle, it should now open ActiveSync, if it doesn't then try the above again, this normally forces ActiveSync to work.
I know this all sounds a bit peculiar, but it has worked for me several times. |
