Destinator Support & 2210 issue

Lots of moans about D3 and Destinator so felt I needed to say thanks. I had a odd, apparently random problem. Having reloaded the software, tried every setting etc, thought I'd try email to support.

Fast reply next day, asking reasonable qs, next day follow up to my responses with advice which works, well done.

In case anyone's interested I was getting freeze on loading D3 and had to reboot. Turns out according to Destinator Support that its an issue with IPAP2210. You need to load D3 before GPS is connected. I have a Seidio mount so the GPS (wired), was locking sometimes before I loaded D3 hence the problem.

Several test so far indicates they are right, switch on, load D3 and then power up mount and all is well
