Frustrated - Can anyone help?

I just got a Navman 510 in the US - for the simple reason that it was $399 instead of £399. Almost half price at current exchange rates.

Anyway - I thought I was being a smart git but I think I have myself. Apparantly I cannot buy UK SmartST V3 maps. I can buy Pan European SmartST V3 but that only gives me "major cities" in the UK.

I do have a CD with the UK maps on it from a friend who has the UK 510i - but I need a registration code to load the maps onto y GPS. However, since the UK maps are not sold seperatly how the Hell do I buy a registration code?

I have all the maps for North America () but they won't help me find my way around the midlands.

Anyone help? Any ideas?

just been to New York myself but couldnt find anywhere that sold the 510. even went to J&R in downtown manhattan and nothing. oh well, will just buy from UK instead.
