Problem with 5.0.1.22 patch and 256Mb SD card

I have been unable to install the 5.0.1.22 patch. The installer keeps calculating the available space on my SD card as -6.9Mb when there is well over 130Mb free. This is at the point when the maps are prepared for download to the PPC.
Has anyone else had this problem and been able to work around it?

See if you apply the patch manually by using active sync, follow the instructions on alk site for install to pocket pc only. this way worked for me fine

I had exactly the same problem (with almost an identical set-up to you) and solved it by using a USB card reader. It was much quicker that way.
