I've recently been getting phantom queues reported and a road closed at J13/ M1 which isn't. Annoying because it keeps trying to route me away from the "closed" road.

I suffered a similar problem in Liverpool. It's probably inaccurate info from the people doing the roadworks - a failure to indicate the road is no longer closed.

Roadworks.org has J13/M1 as a permanent road closure but with the caveat that it's only shut Friday-Monday overnight. That might be why it keeps flagging it.

Thanks for that Deano Thumbs Up I thought the Inrix system was "intelligent" enough to have those times programmed into it to prevent false alerts?

You'd think that when they 'saw' people driving through that it would update their systems.

With Google you can flag that the road has opened and I suppose they use the BOD to clear the closure.
