I suffered a similar problem in Liverpool. It's probably inaccurate info from the people doing the roadworks - a failure to indicate the road is no longer closed.
Roadworks.org has J13/M1 as a permanent road closure but with the caveat that it's only shut Friday-Monday overnight. That might be why it keeps flagging it.

You'd think that when they 'saw' people driving through that it would update their systems.
With Google you can flag that the road has opened and I suppose they use the BOD to clear the closure. _________________ Satnav:
