Paid for subscription, but nothing accessable

Hi,

i paid for a subscription, but after that i cannot access a single database. Keeps saying that i need to subscribe.

Filed a ticket, so i am waiting for that. But anyone knows about this error?

It has been fixed. Apparently there was an error in finalizing the order.

I feel ashamed i filed in a dispute at Paypal for a refund, but that was because i go on an holiday Friday for wintersport and was afraid the finalizing wouldn't be fixed before that because i read some topics here on the forum it could take days.

So hereby my apologies. i closed the dispute right after i got mail from you guys.

Hi! Don't worry about it. Sometimes PayPal glitches out and doesn't send us the confirmation so your account can be automatically activated. It's fairly rare but happy to see you got it sorted!
