|
|
Hi all can anyone help, I've just changed over from TomTom to Garmin DriveLux 51LMT and have downloaded the PGPSW Speed Camera Data base with the voices, all going well so far but Im getting up to 4 warnings for the same camera so you can imagine when there are a lot of camera warnings very close to each other the Garmin goes "MAD" shouting at me with the warnings.
I have removed all the camera warnings from the Sat Nav and added them again but no difference still getting multiple warnings for the same camera. Please help before my Garmin goes out the window. Many Thanks Woody |

That's why most of us use Kremmen's converter, it helps reduce the number of warnings you get. You'll also get less if you're under the speed limit, often a camera won't show at all if you're well under.. _________________ Where there's a will ... there's a way. |

Hi Thanks for the fast reply, I get the warnings even under the speed limit, I never usually speed but its the sneaky cameras that I fear.
Ive tried to download Kremmens converter but my computer wont let me download it. Woody |

What error are you getting downloading the Converter ?
Even if you don't have a Dropbox account it doesn't matter, there is still a 'Download' button. _________________ DashCam:

That message is normally associated with a double installation.
What stage are you at ?

Hi sorry for the late reply but work calls. The stage im at now is when i try to down load your file I get, cannot run contact the vendor for assistance. Ive done a search of my computer for the files as it also says i cannot load it because i already have the file but my search says not. Woody |

I'm totally confused.
Just downloading a file doesn't constitute running it to produce that error message.
The procedure is, Windows only:
1) Download the zip file from Dropbox (the link) and save it.
2) Unzip it
3) Run the 'setup.exe' _________________ DashCam:

Yes, but if OP has managed somehow to install it, he will have to uninstall the 'old' version first.
W10. Search for 'control panel' (CP) in search box
Open CP
Programs
Programs and features
Uninstall a program
Find CSV to GPX converter and uninstall.
Re install CSV to GPX converter.
Report back with exact error messages and when they popped up.
@OP is it the download that you are having problems with or the installation.
Please tell us your Operating System. |

Which application is producing the error message? Your browser? |

When you download it is the browser trying to open it or are you saving the file first and then opening it after? |
