As far as I know there are only 2 places where Garmin install POIloader.
I'm checking both.
What is the exact path to your POIloader?
I'm not at my PC but from memory:
C:\Program Files\Garmin\Poiloader\
C:\Program files (x86)\Garmin\Poiloader\ _________________ DashCam:

That's the issue, it should have gone into a further \POILoader \ subfolder.
Wonder why it did that _________________ DashCam:

If it does go straight into Program Files/Garmin I can code for that but it seems odd as it would mess up the Garmin structure:

New version now live:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/4kpnpbwlk6k2e78/CSV%20to%20GPX%20Installer.zip?dl=0
The final changes are:
Version 64 - 12th July 2017.
1) The check for a number in the CSV filename was using the whole path instead of just the filename - fixed.
2) Distance Checker expanded to work with metres and yards.
3) Distance Checker form now floating so can be used in tandem with the main form.
4) UnZip routine rewritten to use .Net 4.5 to overcome a cross platform incompatibility in recent 2017 versions of Shell.dll.
5) The latest help files, except htm, are automatically copied to the program location upon each install = up to date help files via the Help menu.
Note: The HTM helpfile is still available and must be manually copied to your Working Directory for the Help link to work and to be up to date.
6) New Helpfile formats added - DOCX and MHT.
7) If SOX.EXE does not exist in the POILoader folder it will be installed automatically, if POILoader is found.
8) Any missing BMP and/or WAV/MP3 files now reported in a single message box with the actual filenames of the missing files.
9) If a rogue numeric CSV file is detected it will also auto delete, if allowed, any accompanying WAV and BMP files, if found.
10) Bugfix, the program wasn't reloading all user settings after a clean install - specifically overspeed % - fixed.
11) Manual has had a major rework to be in the correct order and 'proper English innit' _________________ DashCam:

Is this compatible with the European cameras?
I've just tried it with the Europe, speed zoned complete and it throws up a load of errors. I'm guessing it's to do with the higher speed limits as they are stated in KMH. Is this something for a future release maybe? |
