I'm probably being thick, but I thought when you had live traffic there was a thin vertical bar showing delays etc and how far away they were.
On my Galaxy S3 there is no bar and I'm not being alerted or anything. I have 'mobile data' switched on. I've checked settings. I've paid my subscription.
I also happen to have Sygic and that does show (in a different way) traffic info.
So I am mystified. Any clues? _________________ Tim

Traffic working ok on my Samsung S2.
Is your sub showing as Valid in Tomtom shop/MyTomtom services?
Is data services enabled in Tomtom Services settings?
Data enabled on your phone with valid data contract?
Has it worked before?
Hard reboot your phone. Hold power till it switches off then switch on again. _________________ GO 620, Tomtom Android EU,

The answer to all those questions is Yes. However, a hard reboot did solve the problem! So thank you technik.
Just a mystery why not working in the first place as I had done a reboot a while ago in between uses of TomTom. _________________ Tim
