Hello all, just upgraded to TT3.05T
If i go into my Bluetooth manager i can connect to my phone no problems, but as soon as i go into TT, it doesn't see my phone.
Its a 6230 and i have put the patch in for that so that isn't it.
It would defeinately seem a tom tom issue.
I can connect to my phone and then go into tom tom but that is not how it should be and don't know how that will affect TT Traffic.
Any ideas ?
Thanks

Whilst you can establish a bluetooth connection to your phone is your PDA establishing an internet connection? Try and browse the internet from the PDA through the phone and see if that works. If it does, that is a TomTom issue, if not, is it a PDA/Phone issue. |

Thanks for the prompt response.
What i failed to tell you in the first place is, once i have a connection outside tom tom, i then go into tom tom and then i can download the traffic info.
So the only issue seems to be able to connect to the phone whilst in tom tom. Once i have a connection it is fine.
Any more thoughts ?
Could there be setting that has got mucked up in the upgrade process?
Thanks

Why not start the connection first?
I am not convinced that TomTom can recognise a change in settings once it has started. I find that manually initiated connections are maintained whilst automatically initiated connections drop out after a while. |
