I've got the HOX and use CameraAlert on it along with my Garmin SatNav - I've recently decided to change from the stock rom and install a new rom, must I de-register CA and then re-register it, to ensure my details are correct for licencing |

Yes,
Just login within the app and it will relink you. You will have to register the device first and *then* link your account.

cheers,
I've submitted the form, but first 2 attempts it wouldn't accept my email address, on the 3rd it did and then reported 'Submitted and registered emails don't match!' even though the address is the same as on my account.
Also noticed it never shows on my account if I have a mobile linked to it |

I see you logged a ticket (which I've replied to) but, for the benefit of others, MaFt didn't say to submit a ticket. Just re-link your device in the app.
You only need to log a support ticket when you reach your three registered device limit. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Thanks Darren, my apologies - was late and half asleep
If I download via CameraManager and later directly via website does this count as 2 licences or just one? |

No, one device is one device, so CamerAlert on iPhone is one, CamerAlert on Android or iPad is another and our database on a satnav is another. Three device limit. _________________ Darren Griffin |
