I had a thread going earlier this year about this voice.
I managed to get a copy of the cab file for 'her' and, as instructed some time ago "extract the files from the download straight to the LoquendoTTS folder on the device using WinRar - Mike" I followed those instructions.
1. Looking in the Voices page on the Device, there is nothing new and no Kate.
2. Checking via 'Home2' again there is nothing new.
I did a reboot after installation,
Any suggestions, please? This voice is no longer available via TT's web site. _________________ Gee-Pee

Have you still got the Cab File? If you haven't, it's still available from Here.
The Navigation Voices don't go into the Voices Folder, but into the LoquendoTTS Folder, which is in the Root of the Device. Have you mistakenly put them somewhere else? _________________ Richard

Hi Richard, Yes I still have the CAB file: yes, I did move the file into the LoquendoTTS folder via Explorer. I mentioned the 'Voice' screen meaning I had checked it after installation on the 'Voice screen' on the device itself after loading it. Thanks for the link. _________________ Gee-Pee

"I did move the file into the LoquendoTTS folder via Explorer"
It needs to be extracted there via WinRAR and not the file as a whole via Explorer - is that what you've done?
I experimented on my unit (920) and it is offered as a "Computer voice" if I go into "Change voice" |

Yes, ....my loose english again . I did extract the file into the LoquendoTTS folder. Now both my other two 'computer' voices have stopped working. Looks like a reinstall of the last app is now needed. _________________ Gee-Pee
