Is CheckPOInt 3.2 compatible with PPC 2003? I ask this question as I downloaded it and it worked OK on my 3970 with 2002, but it doesn't seem to work on my new 1940 with PPC 2003. Was a good little warner program so I'm keen to get it running on the new machine. |

It works perfectly with PPC2003 (I have it on my 2210) what problems are you having? _________________ Darren Griffin |

It just does nothing when I click on the icon in start programs. It actually produced 2 icons for some reason, but nothing would make it work. Could do with it really to syop me getting a picture through the post! |

You need to configure CheckPOInt for the first time. The first time you run CheckPOInt, it will appear as a small logo/icon at the bottom right of your today screen.
If you go to your today screen, you can then tap the icon and go in and set the properties. What you will need to do is setup things like auto-run of TomTom Navigator 2 on startup of CheckPOInt. You can also set the radius of detection. If you then exit CheckPOInt and see the icon disappear on the today screen, then re-run CheckPOInt from the start menu, it should then launch TomTom Navigator 2. This is covered in our review at http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/checkpoint.php |

Let me re-awaken this thread 8O
With PPC2003 on my 2210, I get the dreaded not a valid Pocket PC application when trying to run CheckPOInt. I do get this error message on a fair few programs.

Hmm... fixed by the simple expedient of d/l CheckPOInt again, resetting the 2210 and re-trying. Not a satisfactory answer but at least it works
