I have just bought a Scala G4 with the intention of pairing it to my Garmin Nuvi 760. That was the plan.......needless to say it dont work!
When trying to pair the Scala and Nuvi I get a message in the Nuvi saying it cant connect to the mobile phone (eh?!?). I have since learned that the Scala and Garmin Nuvi 760 dont pair.
I have a SE Xperia Arc mobile phone and when paired to the Garmin it will not show text messages received on screen. Apparently the Garmin isnt too keen on the SE Xperia either! It works fine with an old Nokia 6310i. The Garmin is clearly a fussy bugga!!
So, which satnav will pair and work (offering all the spec) with both my Scala G4 and the SE Arc?
EDIT, just tried some of the links provided and they are too old to work, but a search on eBay found similar items available today. _________________ Garmin Nuvi 2599
