I have just rewnewed my a/c and want to use my htc desire hd,everything indicates its easy to download but i am totally stumped as how to get my android phone working with the camalert.I have tried downloading the latest cams file and joining my htc desire hd up to the pc,i got to the stage where i did just as i have always done with my garmin sat-nav 360t and i opened my phone up to use hard disk and i saw the files in there but as you may gather with my language,im totally baffled as to wether i have missed something everyone else seems to find easy,can anyone help at all.thankyou.ray. |

Have you tried reading the user-guide?

You update from the app itself, you do not download files from our site manually. Launch CamerAlert - Press MENU and select 'Manage Cameras' _________________ Darren Griffin |

Everything ok,confused with the garmin 360T ive always used with my annual sub.I was thinking if id payed the £19.99 as normal it would all work from the site.Anyway thanks for the very quick reply and then the penny dropped.Keep up the good work,ive been with you for 4 years i think,on annual sub and i wouldnt want to change to anything else,your the best.regards ray. |

Ah good to hear you're all fixed now. The beauty of CamerAlert is no more faffing with downloads from the site.
