In what way do they not show up? Garmin will only alert you if you are over the speed limit when you pass them? _________________ Darren Griffin |

Further to Darren's post. Are you using the PGPSW database or Garmin's? |

You haven't given us much to go on so far. Can you name a few specific cameras which don't show up? Also are they listed under
Where To
Custom POIs
on the unit???
Have you tried removing all the cameras and reloading from scratch? On the Nuvi move the file x:\garmin\poi\poi.gpi to your PC and reload the database. |

The maps where newly reloaded some time ago and the updates have been put on in the POI file in garmin using the site poi loader they do not show on the map in the locations hence no warnings these 2 are on the map on here but not on my garmin just to name a few 74785@30 and 73610@50 |

Both cameras give alerts on a demo route on my TT 720. _________________ Anita

if you go to: Where to? - Extras - Custom POIs
and then search for "74785" do they show up in the list of POIs? if not then it could be that, for some reason, they are not actually installed. Do you get warnings for other 50mph and 30mph gatso's?

I can't see any reply to my question about whether you are using PGPSW or Garmin speedcams. Your last post refers to maps and updates, but updates to what? Please confirm that you are using the PGPSW speedcam database, as if you are not, it's a simple case of 'missing from Garmin database', which is always possible. |

He did answer that but it could be easily overlooked:

the ones i quoted in the thread are not on my garmin when checked so they either do not download for reasons of a glitch or they are missing from the latest downloads, they do not show when in map view like the majority. so is the database up to date or not also my garmin sounds at 10% below the limit, so any sensible ideas would be appreciated. |

can you 100% guarantee that you have installed the updates you downloaded?
if you have a 'usual' folder for your POIs can you try creating a new folder to unzip the latest download into and then make sure you point POILoader to that new folder?
It could be that POILoader is pointing to an old copy of the database.
