Free updates for Medion GPS MD96770

Hi there

I bought the medion MD 96770 GPS from Aldi a couple of years ago and it keeps reminding me to update the satnav as it is out of date. I tried doing this via the website and even rang customer support who were not helpful. Are there any free updates? What is the process of updating the satnav?

If you look on the label bottom left you will see in very SMALL print under the MEDION name: Model No E3212

On the Medion web site on this page have a look on the specs tab and you should see your model listed. That is the latest maps and software for your device. But do check with them first before purchasing.
