That would explain it, Dave.
I will just have to live with it. The only reason SmartST exists on my PPC is that I'll be using it on holiday in Italy with the bluetooth reciever. I don't have the Tomtom European maps. |

By accident I found SmartST Pro on one of my Pocket PC's v1.96 SP2 and tried this on a two hour journey yesterday by plugging a new GPS Mouse into it on COM1 which I'm currently testing and reviewing and this worked perfectly okay when set to COM1 on the 2210. |

Now that is wierd! I can get SmartST Pro to work on COM1 at all. |

Maybe a soft reset has cleared it or you had something else loaded into memory causing a problem ? |

May not be relevant, by the way hi everyone, but I had a bit of bother getting SmartST ver2 to run on my Tosh e740 with a Rikaline mouse. I found a usb driver on the Rikaline site which fixed everything. It sorted out tyhe com port and I now have a very satisfactory system. :D |
