Upgrade a Medion PNA250T

I have an old Medion PNA250T bought from Aldi years ago that uses Navigator 5.1. The maps are now well out of date and keep finding round abouts that the system does not know about also the postcode system never worked. Medion claims that I could use their latest Gopal software and maps but it will not install.

This has CE 4.2 on it with 64mb of onboard memory. I found an old tutorial on this site about using the functionality of this system and installing TomTom on it but this would be the period TomTom which would not be obtainable now and also would have obsolete maps as well!

What would be the best way to upgrade this system without buying a new SatNav.

I can get more up to date maps that Navigator 5.1 uses or will some other GPS software install on this system.
