NAVIGON Fresh could not detect a NAVIGON 6310 device.

"NAVIGON Fresh could not detect a NAVIGON 6310 device. Please make sure that the NAVIGON device is connected to your computer". This message appears every time when I connect device to the different computers (Windows 7 and XP). Unfortunately I didn’t make a buck up. I made factory reset and used previous realizes of NAVIGON Fresh - no results. Same problem was with 8450 model but restore helps. Is there some way to reinstall the original software?

Did this start happening after Fresh 3 was introduced? If so, it's almost certainly a problem with Fresh that Navigon are working on a fix for. Does your 6310 still work in the car? If so, just wait for Fresh 3.0.3

You will find various people with these sorts of problems posting on Navigon's FaceBook page, and someone is suggesting a cause involving corruption of the version.xml file and a possible solution. I have also posted this on in
