Text To Speech addon for Navigon 2300T. HELP!!!!!

I need some help. About a year ago I bought a Navigon 2300T and was told my Navigon that the text to speech for the 2310 would work. I ordered it from Navigon tonight for £14.99. I received an email with an activation code but when I tried to enter it through the Navigon Fresh client, I received an error messaging telling me "The activation code entered is not intended for the Navigon 2300". I mean why tell me that the text to speech addon will work for my sat nav if I cannot even install it? Ive sent a strongly worded email to navigon support with copies of the emails I had previoiusly received telling me that the 2310 text to speech would work! Anyway, is there any other source that I can download and install this addon??? Any help with this IS going to be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance guys!
