Handsfree

I recently used my Telmap (Blackberry 9700) to navigate to my friend's house 3 hours away.
I plugged in my handsfree kit (as you do on long journeys!). The directions now come through the earpiece; great you think! Wearing the earpiece for the whole journey is NOT comfortable.

When I have my handsfree plugged in, I clip it to me, but don't have the earpiece in unless I'm making or receiving a call - leaves both ears free for listening to the radio, Satnav AND for outside sounds such as emergency vehicles.

Maybe there is a way of being able to have the headset plugged in AND have the Satnav still play out of the phone speaker?
It seems sensible for safety!

I understand your frustration, however this is a normal behavior that depends not on the application itself but on the general way that the blutooth works. We are unble to change that.
