Very confused

Just downloaded Telmap 5, but i can only see a map of israel, anyone able to help me with this?

To change the country for search and navigation do the following:
Once you have selected "search" and the search field pops up - Open the applcation menu and select "Change country"

Yes - the help in the application is web based and we haven't populated it yet.
