Unusual Behaviour from TT Traffic

Today on the M25 something happened clockwise between J22 & J23 around lunchtime. I watched the wave of slow traffic move back anticlockwise on TrafficMaster with about a five minute delay compared to real timeall the way round to J21. The SAME happened on TomTom Traffic.

Now I have never known it react this quickly and accurately before. It was spot on, so I wonder if they have changed something in the way they obtain their traffic information? It was not doing this on Wednesday in the same place.
