I suspect there is a separate European site, I certainly wouldn't read too much into the fact the site talks about it being a USA company at all.

Not heard from Navigon yet, but I HAVE now noticed that for Live Services, Traffic, while the UK IS listed in the UK website, it is NOT listed in either the International or German ones - more doubt  Still, we shall see.
