|
|
As is usual around here, I've been landed as the IT Support Dept for my Family, currently the issue is with my Dad's TomTom One v3....
He has just returned from a driving holiday around Wales, and complained that the full postcode function wasn't working properly (he had tried sorting it himself, but just succeeded in changing the language to Turkish....!)...
I've downloaded the Postcode Zip file from Oldboy's website, but where do I drop the file? Does it go in the root of the main directory, or does it go in a map directory?
Any help would be appreciated...
I much prefer my Garmin! _________________ Nuvi 765T, CoPilot on iPhone.... |

The postcode files need to be placed in to a folder named "zip" (without the "") the zip folder needs to be placed in the root of the device which is the first area you see when you open the drive letter associated with your TomTom when using Windows Explorer - Mke |

Thanks Richard I will remember that one, I didn't want to download it just to find out as it would hit your bandwidith, but I did consider it! - Mike |
