I've just bought a Navman to replace my Garmin Nuvi 200 and am trying to load the camera database on it.
I have Navdesk running & the Navman connected to the PC.
According to the installation guide on Navdesk there should be a column of 9 options on the L/H side of the screen including one for "Custom POIs".
I only have 4 on my Navdesk - Navman Online/My Maps/Nav Album & Image Search.
Seems to me there is something wrong somewhere. Is it me or the software . (may be I ought to have stuck with the Garmin . It was a lot simpler, trouble is it doesn't have blue tooth ).
Can any of you good folks help me along the way?
Many thanks

I've just found the post from Jan by Ronaar who had the same problem & managed to resolve it.
Mine circumstances are slightly different in that the Satnav is connected via the supplied USB cable but makes no difference to the no of screen options available.
I'm doing on my laptop, (under Win XP), but I can't see that this would make any difference |

Good idea, worth a try. I'll have a go on my desktop as well & see what happens.
Thanks Paul |

Hi Paul
I have tried it on a different USB port on my laptop without success.
Haven't tried on my desktop yet, but have contacted Navman technical support and it looks as if, from their response, to be a regular problem.
The emailed me back and advised me to close and re-open the Navdesk and check the USB drivers to be installed. They included a MS word document on how to check & install the drivers which has sorted things out so I now have all of the options that should be there.
I would attach the instructions in case anyone else has a similar problem but it doesn't seem to be possible.
If anyone wants a copy of the instructions pm me with an email address & I will send it.
Thanks for your help.
Regards
