Medion MD95000 - What navigation software to get

I have got the original software which is now 5 years old and has not got some maps I would like (e.g. Madeira Islands which is only on Navteq maps). The Windows CE on this device is a locked version and does not allow *.cmd; *.exe or *.BAT files to be excuted.

Because of in built satnav in my own car, I only use this device for hire cars when on holiday. Can someone please recommend new software/maps package which does not cost more than dedicated PNDs?

Sorry I can't help.

But just to give you a better chance, the Medion MD95000 is a Mitac Mio168 clone. People may know that device better than the Medion name.
