Route 66 Mobile7 beware of this company

Over a year ago I purchased Mobile 7 GPS software from EBAY. This software was delivered with all the right packaging and licences. The software is for use on my Nokia N95 phone. I installed the software and have used it to good use for a year or so. 2 weeks ago my mobile phone became faulty and I had to replace the phone with another. Now I needed to load this Mobile 7 software onto the replacement phone which I did. Once loaded I then needed to enter a new activation code so that I could use the product. The activation code is supplied by the Route 66 company and you need to give them a code that’s unique to the phone. This is when the problem occurred. Route 66 now say I have used up 3 attempts to have an activation code and so now they wont supply me with anything. This I find upsetting and quite frankly illegal. I have proved to them I have a new phone by sending them pictures of the receipt and the codes for the phone, I have then sent them pictures of proof that I have a legal version of their product with the codes as well. They refuse to activate their product on my phone. I really am quite discussed by how this company have treated me when I have not done anything but tried to use there product.
