It is the only version now available from TeleAtlas (£59.99) and is also available at Expansys for £53.99. It has only been available for just over a month, so if you purchased before this you will have the 2008 program version. Annoyingly TeleAtlas have told me they are not going to be providing any FOC program updates for this version.
A quick way of telling for is from the original SD card. 2008 uses a 2Gb card and the new 2009 version uses a 4Gb SDHC card.

Julie - Mcguider/sygic DOES support 7 digit postcodes. I wouldnt have bothered otherwise.
I don't doubt that you have/had a version that does, but odd then that my detailed feedback to the people who provided it didn't contradict my disappointment or apologise and send me the correct version with 7 digit post code support. It's in their best interests not to have review published that says the software doesn't have features that it does have. The support guy more-or-less just said (paraphrased) "sounds like you don't like it much then".

I have used it many times, and can safely say that due to some of your issues, and others you didnt get to, it's right at the bottom of the pile. Im very suprised you were impressed at all, the only impressive thing is the interface.
Well, yes I agree. The UI looks promising, and unlike others I've tried, at least it gives you spoken directions at the appropriate time (even if it insists on calling the A322 the A Three hundred and thirty two, etc). But in the end, the route choices were poor, it's low on features, and the bottom line is I wouldn't want to trust it, whcih is a pretty fundamental requirement for a navigation solution.

Even more suprised you would look at it over Copilot 7 live. Granted, theres a fair few niggles, but having used both for many journeys, some long, I wouldnt touch sygic in any guise at the moment.
The first two I tried were CoPilot 7 and Navicore Personal. I never even got as far as writing down my impressions of these two, but one was so bad I really couldn't force myself to use it enough to write a review (particularly since a slating review almost certainly wouldn't have got published anyway), much less ever want to use in anger. However, if I'm honest I can't even remember which was which, but one of those two was the one whose voice directions were so far behind reality and the map that we were frequently told what to do at junctions long after we'd already done it.

So still nothing on the Symbian scene. I have given up looking for the moment, I just rely on my Garmin version.

There sure is. I downloaded it earlier today, but other than a slight size increase I have yet to find anything different. It would be interesting to know if it fixes the problem in Symbian based systems.

Well, only be explicitly asking about 7 digit post codes have I been told that they will send a version for review that does support it. You'd think it was in their best interests to make sure any review software was up to date! ((sigh))
