I have been trying to buy the latest map with updates for the last 2 days everytime I select continue it fails with the following message - operation timed out unable to connect to secure.bibit.com. Any fix known, or cause or is it just the tomtom servers are rubbish! |

bibit.com is the money handler used by TomTom, so I would presume that there was a problem when you were making the financial transaction.
Other than that I can offer no help as to what the cause was. _________________ Richard

How long should it take support to answer or help with a problem, I reported it over 3 days ago and no response, the problem is that the discounted map offer runs out in a few days!
I have tried 2 different pc's still the same timeout problem, even tried buying it direct from their website where it says instructions will be e-mailed on how/where to download, still won't work. |

If that is the case I would ask that you try placing the order from another computer on a different network. Please let us know if you can place the order doing so.

No other pc to try, so I gave it one more go and lo and behold it did it this time. |
