Phone Directory to/from 760T

Anyone know what files contain the telephone directory on the 760T after its been synco or loaded from a mobile.

My old phone a Nokia E61 wouldn't auto load so I had to copy the contacts to the Garmin, my new phone does auto sync but I seem to have tow copies of each entry know. If I can delete the phone numbers on the farmin I can then resync, but none of the file names look like phgone data
