TomTom Traffic is there!

HELLO,

Could you please help me, i am trying to install the plugin for the traffic master, i have successfully managed to activate my account and have the user name and password for this, but when i came down install the plugin it came with the following error

'i/o error in file C:\Documents and Settings\nazim\My Documents\LAPTOP ALL FILES\Software\TOMTOM TRAFFIC MASTER PLUGIN\ttntraf\setup.apk'

now when i run the setup it says ' No SETUP information found on disk or CD ROM'

I HAVE DOWNLOADED BOTH PLUGINS the *.exe and *.zip and they both come up with the same error i/o error. Can you help please.

Could you please tell me the correct procedure to install the plugin
