Traffic subscriptions??

Ive registered, activated and downloaded traffic from tomtom website all ok, BUT!, don't ask me why my traffic subscription is for 'Traffic benelux' not for the UK...

OK i've not a clue how, why, what, when i've manage to subscribe to the wrong country version.

My question, is can I change my subscription country? and how do I go about doing this?

Have you got several product codes for Navigator? If so, you chose the wrong one - you could try again with the product code you have that covers Great Britain to see if that helps any.

As Lutz says, if you can't sort this yourself, the only thing you can do is contact TomTom Support. As Traffic is so new they may not be geared up to help you yet.
