Problem with Paypal payment

I also seem to be having problems with my payment by credit card through paypal. I paid on 26th Jan but still have not been accepted as amember although my payment is shown as cleared since last week.
Can anyone please help as I am going away on holiday soon and would like to take the speed camera databease with me

I paid on the 9th Feb, through paypal with a switch card. I'm still shown as not a subscriber.
