Where can I get more maps?

I'm running MM v5 OS and I'm looking for maps of Corfu. The OS versions of MM don't allow you to scan and calibrate your own maps so it seems as if I have two options.

1) Buy MM Europe which will allow me to scan and calibrate

2) Try and locate calibrated maps of the Corfu area at a sensible price.

Any suggestions as to where I can get the maps at a sensible price?

You do not need to buy MM Europe or MM USA and these products (not tried Europe) will work with you serial but just won't let you use OS maps. They will install to a different directory so you can have both on your PC at the same time. I have used this to calibrate high res aerial photography. These maps will then work with the OS version.

Are you saying that MM v5 UK CAN use maps from other sources - even scanned maps? if so, can you type up a "how to" guide for us, please?

Just to clarify further, I believe that the scanned in maps from MM European Edition, can then be used in MM OS?

Before you go ahead, consider the problem with self calibrated maps - how much work involved in doing it, how accurate will it be, and if it is wrong, can you correct it in the feild.

I played around with doing it and gave up and solved the problem with money - maybe you are more accruate and patient than me.
