My TT GO Classic is still running v5.2 firmware. When I've upgraded it previously (from v4 etc.) it was possible to download the new version in a form which included a PC-based installer.
Looking at TT's website now, the only way of getting v6 appears (other, presumably, than buying updated maps on DVD) to be to do it via TT Home.
Since there seem to be a few horror stories in this forum about using Home, is there any other way of doing it?
TIA. _________________ Roger
