Info on Speeding fines.

if it were me and i was doubting the 'evidence' i'd simply write to them saying something like:

'i will be happy to pay the fine but i have no recollection of driving at such a speed. would it be possible to see a copy of the speed camera photograph so that i can confirm that it is my vehicle'

if they say 'no' then ask them why they are bullying you into paying a fine but aren't willing to show you the evidence first...

the only speeding fine i've had was a fixed penalty when i got pulled over by an unmarked police car so i'm not too familiar with the process of getting a fine through the post.
