Is it possible to use a MAP from MN5 into the MN6?

I live in Germany and I bought an N100 with MN6 and I'm very disappointed because I want to go in Czech Republic and I cannot see the whole route Hamburg-Prague. I heard that there is a MN6 map that contain all Europe and have approx 1.7 GB. Till now I didn’t find that map, but is it possible to use the MN5 maps??? Because there is a map of the entire Europe
