not working...

I've got destinator5 installed on my pda but it wont start. I do have the start screen (picture of two people) but that's all. It's not going any further.
This is copy downloaded from eMule which means pirat copy(i don't really know i can discuss that on this forum) and i've got something called DestCore.dll which supposed to be a crack but i don't know what to do with it.
Anyone...?
