Can you buy Destintor OP sd card with all upgrades added

Is there anywhere you can buy upgrades for Destinator OP already done for you? For people like me that are clueless! Also have no USB cable to do the upgrades FOR gnav 10, so anyone know where you can get one from other than Goodmans direct.
