gnav 10 op "select target device"

hi there i have a gnav10 op,
iam trying to get the cameras onto it, i have allready done this once, but had to send the hanset back as the sound went wrong on it,
i have now got my new gnav10 op, but i can tget the csv fies or sound files onto the gnav10 op,
when i try to get the files on to it using the destinator software and sync 3.8, its comes up saying "select target devies" i didnt have this problem before can anyone help? thanks in advance.
