transonic 3002 software change?????

i have a transonic 3002 pna with navigon 4.2 installed,,is it possible to put another satanv programme on another sd card ,say for instance -tomtom5 and use it in the 3002,,

the navigon software is ok,,but i dont want to shell out for version 5 of the navigon software as i have read quite a few articles/posts that say it aint too good & i have only had the thing for about 3 months

Hi,

There is a way to load other software on the 3002 but if the battery goes flat it will restore to navigon and you have to do the 'hack' all over again. The instructions are on this forum.
