As does the Emtac BT GPS.
Tried it with the following software:
Fugawi 3.x
Fugawi UK
OziExplorer
Memory Map
TomTom Navigator.
CruxView
WinFast Navigator (gave me some errors on loading but worked OK after that) _________________ Mike Barrett |

Just got a reply from Destinator - they have posted a patch on their website (http://www.destinator1.com/downloads.emb?id=4633) for pocket pc 2003. though it is under the active sync 3.7 topic.
I really some confirmation from some one that Destinator works under PPC2003 before shelling out on the upgrade or a new iPAQ for the best part of £600. |

jellied,
I installed Destinator 2 with Active sync 3.7 and the new patch fine without any problems.
in fact the map copy works a lot more reliably now.

I've had reports from a couple of subscribers that TrafCam works on PPC2003, but some users might need to download the eVB runtimes from the Microsoft web site as they are not a part of the PPC2003 basic OS.
I've put a link from our 'news and views' page to the download page at the MS server as I'm not entirely sure whether they would mind me offering a download straight from ours. Also I think their link to the net is probably a little bit quicker than ours ;-) |
