eMAP on windows XP

I still have my Garmin eMap and like to keep it as a spare, however I just cant get it to fully work with windows XP.

I can easily load maps as I have the USB reader, but I cant seam to load Waypoints via the PC, only by hand on the unit. Needless to say this is not much use as it takes so long. I also cant get waypoint off the unit into the PC.

Has anyone any tips on how to get the software to work on a XPpro PC ?

Which version of MapSource are you using?

Just tried to find out and found teh registry of mapSource is not happy so it wont open until reinstalled, which I'll do tomorrow. However my shortcut said Version 6.
