Mine crashed for me yesterday when I wasn't doing anything different. I was only one turn away from my destination and it suddenly reset the phone I couldn't get it restarted so I had to removed the battery to reset it.

Don't know why it happened so I'm very wary now, I'd just taken my windscreen mount down for my PocketPC but now I'm nervous that I can't rely on TomTom Mobile to get me to my destination Sad

tomtom 5 is very stable, runs perfect on my nokia 6670,

with dealing in mobile phone unlocking and flashing i`ve had a nokia 3230 here for the past week and tested tomtom mobile5 on it and it is very unreliable on the handset,

when runnning tomtom 5 on the 3230 if you receive calls or text messages while you`ve got sat nav running can cause lockups and errors

unsure if its tomtom software at fault or if its the nokia software, but its obvious that the 2 clash and dislike each other

best to revert to a phone that can handle the software ie nokia 6600 ( software version 409.1 or higher ) 7610, 6630 or 6670

Which is fine to say that but since I've just got a 3230 on a 12 month contract it would be a very expensive thing to actually do!

99.9% of the time TomTom runs perfectly.
