medion md 41800 pc pda with gps navigation

hi guys
here,s my problem i have installed tom tom 5 with gps and maps on to my medion md 41800 all install ok but i have no gpsdevice i have got the options of
1 tom tom wirless gps
2tom tom cable gps
3other bluetooth gps
3other cable nmea
i have selected one at a time but no go i no it is on com 1 but it will not find my gps my gps is the royaltek one do i nead a driver for it thanks

Make sure no other program is using that port.

i have tried that there is no programs using that port tom tom does not find my gps
